Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gown.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned within 3 days of generating the label to remain eligible.
Receive Store Credit
After our quality control team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use toward your next glamorous find.
